About ACSD

Located at Brown Field Municipal Airport, Air Center San Diego is one of Southern California’s newest and premier FBOs. Our offices are located in the main terminal building directly off taxi way Bravo. 

Air Center San Diego is a development by Industrial Realty Group (IRG). IRG acquired San Diego Jet Center and converted it into Air Center San Diego in 2024, making it the premier FBO of San Diego’s Brown Field Municipal Airport. 

The ACSD executive team is uniquely equipped to lead this project, with combined decades of aviation experience and expert knowledge of developing and managing FBOs in redeveloped communities to serve a diverse aviation clientele.
